• Access Requests: When you request access to view wedding photos, this information is logged for photographer approval.
• Deep Link Usage: When you access the app through photographer-generated deep links (e.g., https://pixvaultdeeplink.vercel.app/gallery/[PhotographerID]), we process this information to direct you to the appropriate photo collection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the app
• User Identification: To identify you to photographers and manage access permissions
• Photo Management: To track your liked/disliked images and communicate preferences to photographers
• Access Control: To enable photographer approval for photo access requests
• Deep Link Navigation: To process photographer-generated links and direct you to appropriate photo collections
• Service Delivery: To provide core app functionality including photo viewing and downloading

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

With Photographers

• Your email address is shared with photographers to identify you in their system
• Your photo preferences (liked/disliked images) are shared with photographers through our Firestore database
• Access requests and approval status are communicated between you and photographers

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Authentication data is processed by Google's services
• Firebase/Firestore: User preferences and photographer communication data is stored in Google's Firebase services
• Magic Wormhole: Peer-to-peer photo sharing (photos are not stored by us)

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• Secure authentication through Google's OAuth 2.0
• Encrypted data transmission
• Access controls and photographer approval requirements
• Screenshot prevention throughout the app
• Peer-to-peer photo sharing without server storage

5. Deep Link Privacy

Our app uses deep links generated by photographer software to provide direct access to specific photo collections. These links contain:

• Photographer's unique identifier
• Photo collection reference
• Access parameters

When you click these links, we process this information solely to direct you to the appropriate content and verify your access permissions.

• Control your photo preferences (likes/dislikes)

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

Upon deletion request, we will remove:

• All liked/disliked image preferences

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
